Duff House - Photo by Jim Brewin

Duff House is a historic Georgian estate house that was built between 1735-1740. The Earls of Fife moved out of Duff House in 1903, gifting the property to Banff Burgh in 1906. Since then Duff House has had a colourful history as a palm court hotel, a sanatorium, a prisoner of war camp, a barracks and now a museum. The imposing stone house still sits tucked away in a stunning forested landscape. (Banff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland)
