Mount Edith Cavell Viewpoint - Photo by Joshua Woroniecki
An impressive 3,300-metre peak, Mount Edith Cavell is named after a British nurse executed during World War I for her part in helping Allied prisoners escape occupied Brussels. The mountain's awesome north face is a photographer’s dream with its beautiful meadows full of alpine flowers and a spectacular view of the Angel Glacier as it drops into a rich turquoise alpine lake.
