Beautiful ruins of a pre-Columbian cliff dwelling. They are nested into the cliffside of a scenic canyon offering solitude and natural beauty. It is surmised that a small family group made this location a home around the 1200s, and the ruins remain remarkably well preserved. There are 46 rooms at the site tucked into 5 separate caves. Anticipate about an hour hike to the dwellings and a slight incline along a mile and half trail. (Catron County, New Mexico)
