Rjoandefossen Waterfall
Whispy mist encircles the base of this waterfall crashing down on craggy Norwegian stone in this beautifully processed shot from Frode Heiland. Rjoandefossen is a powerful 241m tall set of three vertical falls just south of Flåm. You can easily find this waterfall along the Rallarvegen cycle route just off of Flåmsdalsvegen. (Flåm, Norway)

Mount Laguna Tower
The milky way creates stunning leading lines to this beautiful mountain top observatory in California. A superb spot for starfield photography at the top of Mount Laguna this US Air Force Station pairs perfectly with the minimal light pollution of the area. This is a great photo spot for astrophotography. (Mt Laguna, California, USA)

LaHave River
This is a peaceful gem looking out over the LaHave River from a small dock just off of NS-331. It’s a great spot for seaside captures along drive from Bridgewater to Rissers beach. (LaHave, Nova Scotia)

Lavendelfelder Fromhausen (Lavender Fields)
After winning last month’s PIXEO Photo Challenge, Julian is back with this fantastic shot of the stunning Lavender Fields of Germany. This photo spot is Lavendelfelder Fromhausen, a series of beautiful lavender fields with amazing scenic views over the surrounding countryside. The lavender plants usually flower right up until mid-July when they are harvested. (Fromhausen, Horn-Bad Meinberg, Germany)

Sachacuy Waterfall
Green moss and silvery strings of water descend this tropical-looking waterfall from Henri. This is Sachacuy Waterfall, a fairly hidden waterfall tucked away in the lush forests just east of the village of Cariacu. This beautiful waterfall slowly winds its way down a rock wall thick with rich green moss, creating the perfect contrast at this amazing photo spot. (Cariacu, Ecuador)

Petawawa Point Beach
This is a stunner of a sunrise shot on a beautiful beachfront in Ontario. Petawawa Point Beach is a beautiful sandy public beach sitting on a scenic point where the Petawawa River and Ottawa River meet. This beach is especially photogenic during the early morning hours when the sunrise lighting can get quite dynamic. (Petawawa, Ontario, Canada)

Monaghan Forest Abandoned Cars
Here’s one from the photographer that started it all. PIXEO founder Shawn M. Kent finally comes out of the woodwork to share this well-hidden photo spot. These are the elusive Monaghan Forest Abandoned cars near Kanata in Ontario. Deep within the Monaghan forest can be found the ruins of several old cars. Likely once the dump of one of the farmers that owned the land before the city bought it. The cars date from the 1930s and are in rough shape, but still a beauty to behold nonetheless. This spot is fairly easy to access from just off the Rideau Trail, although in the summer months when the forest is lush it can be easy to walk right by. We highly recommend lots of bug spray and good shoes – there is lots of broken glass over the entire graveyard. (Ottawa, Ontario)
