Foster Falls (South Cumberland State Park, Tennessee, USA)

Wowza, what a fantastic photo spot and a fantastic shot from Dennis R. Lucker. This is Foster Falls, a spectacular 60-foot waterfall plunging into a deep pool. Mountain laurel, azaleas, and hemlocks growing above the falls, along the sandstone overlook, and in the gorge below add to the beauty of this area. An easy hike will take you to the top of the falls. From there a trail will take you down into the gorge, over the creek on a suspension bridge to the base of the falls for a delightful view.  (South Cumberland State Park, Tennessee, USA)

Belvédère Kondiaronk (Montreal, Quebec)

The stunning lights of Canada’s beautiful city of Montreal twinkle in this epic shot from one of our favourite shooting locations. Belvédère Kondiaronk is a scenic terrace in the heart of Mount Royal with stunning views over the Montreal cityscape. This location features a spectacular view of the Leonard Cohen mural and is especially photogenic in the evening as the city’s lights come up. (Montreal, Quebec)

Iris Vineyards (Eugene, Oregon, USA)

Beautiful green patterns make for fantastic vanishing point images at vineyards. Rick shows us how it’s done in this shot of Iris Vineyards. Iris Vineyards is nestled in the Southern Willamette Valley, twenty minutes southwest of Eugene, Oregon. Iris Vineyards produces world-class, award-winning Oregon wine from grapes grown in its Chalice Vineyard. (Eugene, Oregon, USA)

View of Neuschwanstein Castle (Schwangau, Germany)

Julian captures the fairytale mood of the world’s most famous fairytale castle. This fantastic viewpoint can be found along a quiet country road. This practically unknown photo spot has an amazing view of the Neuschwanstein Castle nestled inside the Alps. As a bonus, it is also a great spot to shoot the beautiful St. Coloman Church. Laguna de los Tres (Chaltén, Santa Cruz Province, Argentina)

Technically perfect as always Henri Leduc braves rocky terrain and frigid cold to bring us this terrific photo spot. This rocky valley surrounding Laguna de los Tres has an incredible view of (from left to right) Cerro de l’S (2330m), Cerro Saint-Exupéry (2558 m) and Cerro Rafael Juárez (2450m).  To reach this location is a long hike, it takes a full day to do up and back, but this is one of the most spectacular hikes with unbelievable views along the entire way.
