The historic Al-Murabba Palace was built outside the walls of the ancient city of Riyadh in 1938, was built to be the residence of King Abdul Aziz and his government. It is distinguished by its traditional Saudi architecture. It has become a major archeological and tourist landmark in Riyadh.
