About Ardmore Abandoned Houses
All that remains of this community are a few residents and a number of photogenic abandoned houses and rusting cars. Ardmore is about a mile north of the Nebraska-South Dakota State Line along SD 71. It was abandoned in the 1980s because of a lack of availability of water. Please be respectful when photographing the old homes. (Ardmore, South Dakota, USA)
