Bakkeveense Duinen
The Dunes of Bakkeveen is a nature reserve of approximately 260 hectares, near Bakkeveen. It is a Natura 2000 area. You will find forest, heather and grassland. After the climate warmed up, a crater with melted ice remained creating this unique landscape. Do remember that this is a nature reserve so please be sure to leave the area just as you found it for others to enjoy. (Bakkeveen, Netherlands)
