Ballybunion Beach is a wide sandy beach tucked away in a rugged cove surrounded by high cliffs. The beach is especially photogenic during sunset. As a bonus there are some great caves to explore/shoot when the tide is out. The ruins of Ballybunion Castle sit high on the point overlooking the bay and adding to the beach's picturesque views.
