Bilbao Dunes
Spanning approximately 10 km², the Bilbao Dunes are a visual spectacle and a haven for photographers who appreciate the ethereal beauty of desert landscapes. Located about 65 km from the city of Torreón, these dunes are one of the three dune areas present in Coahuila. The golden sands, undulating dunes, and the stark contrast of the clear blue sky create a dreamy landscape that changes with the time of day and the season. Sunrise and sunset are particularly enchanting, as the soft light casts long shadows and enriches the colors of the landscape. This site is perfect for wide-angle shots, panoramas, and even astrophotography when the night sky is clear.
