Blue Hole Spring
Blue Hole Spring is an amazing deep water hole where the sunlight penetrates the crystal-clear water, beaming downwards to unknown depths. The water that remains a constant 72 degrees Fahrenheit year-round because of the constant flow of water into the spring, a fact that is evident when feeling the water push you back as you swim towards the boil. The 2,669-acre Ichetucknee Springs State Park is also a wildlife haven, where beaver, otter, gar, softshell turtle, wild turkey, wood duck and limpkin all find a home.
