The Bridge of Love sits along the rocky shore at the eastern edge of Ayia Napa, just below the town's Sculpture Park. It's a rugged limestone arch stretching out from the cliff just wide enough that people can cross it single file. Sea caves also cut into this stretch of shoreline. You can easily set up on the cliff top just across from the arch to pair it with the open Mediterranean spreading out endlessly behind it. Bringing a polarizer for the water underneath will help pull out the rich turquoise tones in the very clear water. This coastline faces south, so sunrise comes straight up over the sea. Mornings are also the quietest time of day to shoot here. Starting in the middle of the morning tour boats start running past from the Ayia Napa marina, and the arch itself fills with tourists. The arch is accessible all day so you can come back at a variety of times to experiment with finding the perfect light to match your shooting style. There's a small free car park right by it, and the bus stops up at the Sculpture Park. (Ayia Napa, Famagusta, Cyprus)
