Cascata Plera
ascata Plera is a picturesque waterfall tucked into the mountains near Villa Santina in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The falls cascade into a clear pool framed by rugged rock walls and lush forest, creating a peaceful setting that is well suited for long exposures and wide-angle landscape shots. The site is easily accessible from the roadside (parking just off of the SP72) with only a short walk needed to reach the viewpoint, making it convenient for quick stops. Best visited in spring or after rainfall, when the water flow is strongest, the waterfall is especially beautiful in the soft light of morning or late afternoon. (Villa Santina, Udine, Italy)
