Chiesetta di San Giovanni
The Chiesetta di San Giovanni (Church of St. John) in Ranui is part of the Ranui Hof property and stands out in the green meadows surrounding the farm. Dating back to 1774 this small church sits in the heart of the beautiful Dolomitic mountain landscape and is certainly one of the most photographed sites of South Tyrol. A viewpoint perfect for shooting is about 100m up the road from the church, and a telephoto lens is recommended. The pasture in front of the church has been closed off to prevent tourist wandering; and sadly, drones are not permitted. (Ranui, Santa Magdalena BZ, Italy)
