Chimborazo Volcano

Chimborazo volcano, the highest mountain in Ecuador (6310m). Quechua people name it Taita Chimborazo, which means Daddy Chimborazo. Being the closest point to outer space, measured from the center of the Earth it is the highest mountain on the planet exceeding the height of Everest by two kilometers, Chimborazo is colloquially known as "the closest point to the Sun".
