The Cloud 9 Pier is part of the famous Cloud 9 surfing area. It's especially photogenic at sunset and low tide were you can walk quite far out into the reef. There is an entrance fee to go out onto the pier, even if you aren't going to be surfing. (General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines)
