Coronado Bridge Viewpoint
The Coronado Bridge, officially known as the San Diego–Coronado Bridge, is an architectural landmark connecting San Diego to Coronado Island across San Diego Bay. Its sweeping 2.1-mile curve and towering support columns make it a striking subject for photographers, especially when captured from below near Cesar Chavez Park or from the Coronado Ferry Landing. The bridge is particularly photogenic at sunrise and sunset when the light casts long shadows and warms the concrete structure, with the San Diego skyline often visible in the background. Long exposures at night can capture vehicle light trails and reflections in the bay. While pedestrian access on the bridge is limited, there are several public spots nearby that offer compelling angles. (Coronado, California, USA)
