Faro de Cala Figuera

Faro de Cala Figuera sits atop a small rocky cape surrounded by the sea dating back to 1860.. It has a distinctive white and black spiral paint job that stands out against a crisp blue sky. Given its difficult access, supplies and fuel for the lighthouse's operation were carried by sea. You can still see the remains of the jetty and the ladder that goes up the cliff. The lighthouse is only accessible by walking (roughly 30 min from the parking area) and is especially photogenic as the sun sets. (Son Ferrer, Mallorca Island, Spain)
