The vineyard rows make strong leading lines, especially when shot low and wide with a 24-35mm lens to exaggerate depth through the canopy. Golden hour light in the late afternoon rakes across the vines and brings out the texture of the leaves and soil, making it the most rewarding time to visit. The classic farmhouse and its wraparound veranda offer a quieter, more intimate composition if you want to contrast the rustic architecture with the surrounding greenery. During growing season you may spot the falcons used to deter starlings, which adds an unexpected wildlife element to your shoot.
