Fingal Head Causeway is a place of natural beauty and is one of the areas hidden gems. This amazing basalt rock formation was formed around 23 million years ago by ancient lava flows from a now extinct shield volcano. The hexagonal rock formations look a lot like the ones found an ocean away at Giant's Causeway in Ireland (Fingal Head, New South Wales, Australia)
