The Follett House at 63 College Street between Battery and S. Champlain Streets in Burlington was built in 1840 as the residence of Timothy Follett. He was a developer and former county judge who later became the head of the Rutland Railroad. The house was designed by Ammi B. Young in the Greek Revival style.
