This museum was established in 1954 and is dedicated to Polish composer Frédéric Chopin. The museum is housed in the Ostrogski Palace, once home to the powerful Ostrogski family. The palace was completely demolished during the war in 1944 but was subsequently rebuilt and now houses the Chopin museum. (Warsaw, Poland)
