Grays Lake National Wildlife Refuge

Grays Lake National Wildlife Refuge is a healthy mix of marsh, open water, wet meadow and grasslands. This rich habitat is home to the world’s largest nesting population of Sandhill cranes and many other migratory birds – in addition to large mammals like moose and elk.
