About Great Coxwell Barn
Great Coxwell Barn is a Medieval barn that was built about 1292 for the Cistercian Beaulieu Abbey as a tythe Barn for collection the portion of a farmers crops given to the church each year. Since 1956 it has been in the care of the National Trust.
