Hitachi Seaside Park is a beautiful hilltop park filled with breathtaking gardens. The vast fields of vividly coloured flowers change depending on the season - in spring its tulips and nemophila (baby blue eyes); summer features poppies, roses, zinnias and sunflowers; than in fall the kochia (summer cypress) and cosmos flowers bloom; and finally in winter ice tulips can be seen.
