About Holy Isle Outer Lighthouse
Holy Island Outer is one of two lighthouses on Holy Island, the other being Holy Island Inner Lighthouse. It sits on a steep hillside looking out to the west over the Firth of Clyde at Pillar Rock Point. The lighthouse has a unique square design and intricate yellow brickwork, making it especially photogenic. (Holy Isle, Isle of Arran, Scotland)
