Ibmer Moor
The Ibmer Moor is a beautiful nature reserve that is one of the most diverse and species-rich moors in Central Europe. It features three types of moors (low, raised and transitional moors), plus unique flora and fauna with many endangered species. Along the moor nature trail, display boards provide information about the formation of the moor, the various protected plants such as sundew, rare sedge, orchids, many types of flowers and the bird world such as the curlew and the common snipe. The magical views over the moor lake or the wide, flat landscape with the mysterious moor holes give this hike a unique charm. (Hackenbuch, Austria)
