Jefferson Ordnance Magazine is located in Jefferson along the Big Cypress Bayou. The magazine was built in late 1863 or early 1864. Ninety percent of the building is original and remains unaltered except for some weathering, aging brick and some sympathetic repairs. However, two smaller associated buildings have been dismantled, apparently for their bricks. -from Wikipedia
