Legzira Beach is a dramatic stretch of Moroccan Atlantic coastline defined by its enormous rust-red stone arches, carved by centuries of wave erosion directly out of the cliffs. The arches are the main subject here, and you have several ways to approach them: shoot through the arch to frame the ocean beyond, position yourself at low tide to include reflections in the wet sand, or step back to capture the full arch with figures for scale. Warm light at golden hour deepens the iron-rich color of the rock beautifully, and sunrise in particular gives you soft directional light with fewer people on the beach. A wide angle lens in the 16-24mm range works well to capture the full sweep of the arches and sky. You can reach the beach via a staircase from the clifftop road, and low tide is essential for getting close and walking beneath the formations. (Sidi Ifni, Souss-Massa, Morocco)
