Lover's Leap Swinging Bridge
Lover's Leap Swinging Bridge is a footbridge originally dating back to the early 1880s, the current bridge was built in 1922 and has been refurbished numerous times over the years. The bridge is crosses through a scenic forest and is especially photogenic in the fall as the leaves turn colour. The bridge is not for the faint of heart - it does swing quite a bit as you get out towards the middle. (Columbus Junction, Iowa)
