Macau Tower
Macau Tower rises 338 meters above the peninsula and offers one of the most dramatic urban vantage points in the region, with sweeping views across the Pearl River Delta, the casino strip, and on clear days, across to the islands and distant Hong Kong. From the outdoor observation deck, shoot wide with something in the 16-24mm range to capture the full sweep of the coastline and city below, or compress the scene with a longer lens to isolate the glittering casino rooftops against the water. The tower itself is also a strong subject from ground level, especially shot from the Nam Van Lake promenade where you get clean reflections and a clear foreground. Sunrise brings soft, cool light with minimal haze; golden hour before sunset works well for the lit-up casino facades. The observation deck charges an entry fee, so budget accordingly. (Sé, Macau)
