There is a beautiful beach walk from Maraetai Beach to the wharf at Magazine Bay, on Auckland's pōhutukawa coast with many photogenic views along the way. Walk east along the beach to enjoy the spectacular coastal views out to Waiheke Island and Ponui (Chamberlins) Island. You can even see out to the Coromandel Peninsula on a clear day.
