Mohne Dam
Mohne Dam is a massive arched dam that has an incredible history to go with its amazing sweeping views. The dam was destroyed during WWII in order to flood the Ruhr Valley and shut down the war-related industry. The dam was impressively re-built within a few month to protect the surrounding areas.
