The church exterior rewards wide to standard focal lengths, with the stone facade, arched windows, and surrounding hardwoods offering strong compositional anchors through all four seasons. Shoot from the front path to use the walkway as a leading line toward the entrance, or step back and incorporate the canopy of oaks framing the building from either side. Overcast days are ideal here, softening harsh shadows on the textured stonework and keeping the scene moody and even.
