Paard van Marken
Paard van Marken is a historic lighthouse sitting on it's own little peninsula at the end of a long path along a man-made breakwater. The lighthouse's distinctive red roof and black paint job make it quite photogenic against a crisp blue sky. The lighthouse sits behind a fence so you can't access it directly, but it is easily viewed from along the path. (Marken, Netherlands)
