Position yourself in the median or on the sidewalk facing north, using a moderate wide-angle to standard zoom lens, around 24-50mm, to compress the perspective and draw the towers together. Early morning on weekdays gives you the best of both worlds: golden hour light warming the buildings and relatively light traffic for cleaner shots without too many vehicles cluttering the foreground.
