Parliament of Georgia in Kutaisi

Parliament of Georgia in Kutaisi is a massive six-storey glass dome and is perhaps the grandest architectural symbol of the transformative and controversial rule of Georgia’s third president, Mikheil Saakashvili. Shortly after it opened most government departments were moved back to Tbilisi and the parliamentary buildings have been sitting unused ever since. (Kutaisi, Georgia)
