Plaza de Mulas acts as basecamp for most ascents of Aconcagua. Sitting roughly 30 kilometres from the starting point in the valley. It looks like “a small tent town” where many mountaineers from different nationalities, languages, interests and dreams lives together in the foothill of Mount Aconcagua.
