Port George Lighthouse
Port George Lighthouse is a historic lighthouse that sits uniquely along the roadside. The lighthouse was originally built in 1888 and sat on the end of the breakwater to guide ships within the Bay of Fundy. In the 1930s it was moved onshore and then in the early 2000s it was saved by the local community after being declared surplus. Now it sits photogenically along Shore Rd E overlooking the scenic Bay of Fundy. (Port George, Nova Scotia, Canada)
