About Portoferraio Lighthouse
Portoferraio Lighthouse is a stoic stone lighthouse that sits on the on the northern rampart of Forte Stella and was built in 1788. There is many amazing vantage points to shoot this historic lighthouse both from the land and out in the bay. It is the first visible structure to be noticed when arriving by ferry from Piombino in the gulf of Portoferraio. (Portoferraio, Elba Island, Italy)
