About Praia do Pinhão
Praia do Pinhão is a peaceful cove with a secluded, picturesque setting that features rich yellow sand, clear water and towering orange cliffs. It is accessed by a steep stone stairway that makes its way down the cliff in a series of terraces. There is a tunnel in the rocks connecting both sides of Praia do Pinhão. You can only use this tunnel during low tide, because the first part of Pinhão Beach is completely swallowed by the sea during high tide. (Lagos, Portugal)
