Radkan Tower is a historic tower that was originally built as a solar clock and exact time could be told in each season based on sun arrays came through embedded holes on the walls. Sun rises and sets through its entrance doors twice each year: morning of first day in spring and evening of first winter day (yalda night). It is located in on a quiet hilltop which makes it the perfect location for astrophotography. (Radkan Village, Iran)
