Rex Mill
The long-abandoned rex Mill in Georgia used to serve local farmers who would bring their grain from nearby farms to be processed as recently as the 1940s. The Rex mill was powered by a slough off of Big Cotton Indian Creek when it was operational. Today the lovely red mill is slowly decaying but makes a beautiful photo destination thanks to its proximity to a small bridge that offers a great shooting location. The mill was built in 1830 by I.L. Hollingsworth and was named after his dog, Rex. (Rex, Georgia, USA)
