The Riyam Memorial is a stunning tower on a hilltop overlooking Mutrah Corniche and Al Riyam Park along the waterfront of Muscat, Oman. The ornate tower was built to celebrate Oman's 20th National Day. The Riyam Memorial structure is intended to resemble a massive incense burner and offers stunning views of the nearby city and waterfront. The domed tower is part of Riyam Park which also features lovely gardens, walking areas and playgrounds for children. The Riyam memorial is lit up with coloured lights in the evenings which makes it a great photographic subject or shooting location. (Muscat, Oman)
