The Saint Petersburg Mosque was first opened in 1913 and was the largest mosque in Europe outside Turkey. The walls are made with grey granite and the dome, both minarets and large wall sections are covered with incredible mosaic ceramics of sky-light-blue colour. (St Petersburg, Russia)
