Salt Lake Temple
The Salt Lake Temple is a temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the heart of Temple Square and is the largest LDS temple by floor area. Dedicated in 1893, it is the sixth temple completed by the church and took 40 years to complete. The temple includes many elements to honor Solomon's Temple at Jerusalem and is oriented towards Jerusalem. (Salt Lake City, Utah)
