Salto del Huilo Huilo

Salto del Huilo Huilo is a dramatic waterfall located within the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve in Chile’s Los Ríos Region. Plunging about 40 meters into a rocky gorge, the waterfall is framed by dense temperate rainforest, creating a rich backdrop of greenery and mist. Photographers can capture the cascade from several wooden viewing platforms, with long-exposure shots revealing the silky flow of water against the dark volcanic rock.
