In the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley Schreiner's Iris Gardens cultivates over 150 acres of top-quality, beautiful iris. In early May each year, they open their 10-acre display gardens to the public. Displayed are over five hundred variations of Iris, along with other beautiful perennials such as Lupine, Allium, Icelandic Poppies, and Delphinium. During bloom season (which usually runs all of May) their display gardens are open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., rain or shine. There is an entrance fee to access the display gardens and drones are not permitted in the garden. Some days there are early bird hours to enjoy time among the iris with fewer people in the garden. Earlu Bird Tickets are available between the hours of 7-9 for peak solitude and beautiful early morning light for photography. (Salem, Oregon, USA)
