Seoul Tower sits atop the Namsan Mountain and reaches 774 ft, making it the second highest point in Seoul. Legend has it that if lovers make a wish at the top of Namsan Mountain, then it will come true - so thousands of love locks have been placed all over the tower to mark couples wishes. This is also the ideal location to take in the view overlooking all of Seoul.
