Part of the ancient Gaelic Christian Monastery on Skellig Michael, the larger of the two Skellig Islands. The monastery was founded on the island sometime between the 6th and 8th centuries and occupied until its abandonment in the late 12th century. The location is perhaps best known for its use in the film Star Wars: The Last Jedi. It is a protected area and will likely have to hire a tour company to get you there.
